摘要
The authors demonstrate the significance of three different methods of diagnosis of food intolerances (case history, RAST, and oral tolerance tests) in the therapy of atopic dermatitis according to the Schwelmer Modell. Aim of the diagnosis is to identify those foods which produce and maintain symptoms of atopic dermatitis, and to reduce the complaints by eliminating those food from the patient's diet. All three methods of diagnosis have been found to be essential and to complement each other.
