摘要：

At present, the higher education is unsuitable to the necessary of new rural construction in our country. To realize its social value, college and university should make the essential adjustment and improvement in the recruitment, development goals, structure, teaching content, education idea, teaching and research evaluation so as to meet with the demand of new rural area construction.
