摘要
Science and technology are the primary productive forces, and play an important role in promoting economic and social development, the source of strength for economic development, science and technology differences are important indicator of economic difference. This paper follows the scientific, systematic and representative and operational principles, gives the evaluation system of the level of regional development; uses principal component model and makes an empirical analysis for scientific and technological development of a region.
