摘要
The catalytic effect of silver nanoparticles in the development of disposable screen-printed sensors for the analysis of the drug oxcarbazepine has been demonstrated. Mercury film and metallic nanoparticles modified screen-printed carbon electrodes have been tested for the analysis of oxcarbazepine using differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry. Mercury coated screen-printed electrodes were obtained by means of electrodeposition at a fixed potential from a Hg(II) solution. Nanoparticle modified electrodes were obtained also by electrodeposition on the screen-printed carbon surface of silver and gold nanoparticles. Among the electrodes tested only silver nanoparticle modified screen-printed carbon electrodes gave rise to an analytical signal viable for the determination of oxcarbazepine. Reproducibility and repeatability of the above mentioned sensor in terms of relative standard deviation was calculated at 4.51 and 3.21%, respectively. The detection limit for this analytical procedure was 2.54 x 10(-5) M. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of oxcarbazepine in TRILEPTAL.(R).
