Study on the modern dilemma of the Chinese traditional literati painting

The Chinese traditional literati painting is a kind of unique art system originated in ancient China, which is mainly composed of the literati. This kind of art provides a large number of extraordinary works for the mankind in its long development process. However, in the recent years, it has gradually declined because of the disappearance of the literati class, the pause of the theory research, and the rapid change of the social ideology. In the current historical conditions, the traditional Chinese literati painting should face more challenges and innovate in all directions to revive and develop.
