摘要
An overview is given on the basic nature of LCO and the evolution of the terminology. Some observed distinctions and similarities between limit cycle oscillations (LCO) and classical flutter are presented. Further, the impacts of LCO on test procedures, aircraft store certification, and mission capability are discussed.
