摘要
This paper presents a performance analysis of two-stage operational amplifier using conventional MOSFET technology, FinFET technology and carbon nanotube technology in order to propose alternatives to MOSFET in analog circuit implementations. All the mathematical simulations have been carried out using Hspice. The simulations performed using 45nm and 32nm technology nodes show consistency in their performance and the AC analysis demonstrates the superiority of FinFET and CNTFET in specific applications.
