摘要
In the "knowledge society", increasing emphasis is being placed on independent, resource-based and self-regulated learning. The aim of this study is to present a synthesis of the most effective learning and teaching practices that can promote the process of self-regulated learning. All students have the power to become, smart learners" if they use self-regulatory processes to study more effectively. Successful students are not simply individuals who know more than others; they have more effective and efficient learning strategies for accessing and using their knowledge, can motivate themselves, and can monitor and change their behaviours. These students will become professional who can manage the knowledge because the role of knowledge is inextricably tied to organizational effectiveness and to successful professional life.
