摘要
Glycerol dehydrogenase (GDH) [EC 1.1.1.6] from Cellulomonas species was used for oxidation of secondary alcohol functions. A test reaction system was established and characterized. 2,2'-Azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) ABTS 1 was used as mediator for regeneration of nicotinamide-adenine-dinucleotide NAD(+) in its oxidized form. Kinetics were determined and based on the results a reactor system was proposed.
