A novel optimal PID tuning and on-line tuning based on particle swarm optimization

摘要
PID controller is an extremely important type of controller. Though lots of methods put to determine the optimal PID parameters, their performance are highly sensitive to the initial guess of the solution. A novel particle swarm optimization with an established deflection technique is applied in PID tuning and on-line tuning as a novel technique for optimum adaptive control, by transforming the problems of PID controller into corresponding optimization problems. The details of applying the proposed method are given and the experiments done show the proposed strategy is effective and robust.
