摘要
y Here we demonstrate self-aligned bi-layer metallic metasurfaces that accomplish dual and broadband terahertz antireflection. Numerical simulations and experimental measurements show that excellent antireflection performance can be achieved by simply tailoring the geometry of the subwavelength structures. This flexible antireflection scheme can be applied to substrates with arbitrary refractive indices and scalable to operate over a wide spectral range.
