摘要
First microreaction systems, introduced only a few years ago, mainly were tailored to very specific needs or process requirements. Meanwhile, due to the increasing interest in microreaction systems and their applications, there is a rising demand regarding flexible microreactors which are easy to adjust to various reaction conditions. Enhanced variability regarding process parameters like temperature and residence time as well as simple changes in reaction sequences are important features in order to explore the specific qualities of microreactors and their potential for process optimization. Here, a microreaction system, available in small lot production and suited especially for liquid multiphase reactions, is introduced. With respect to heat management and variability of residence times this microreactor enables novel reaction conditions not applicable in macroscopic devices. At the same time its specific order of process steps can be changed easily. All components are constructed in a highly alloyed stainless steel suitable even for extremely corrosive reactants and solvents respectively.
