摘要
Within a decade, the use of all kinds of chemicals in agriculture, in the production of medicines, cosmetics and household chemicals caused the degradation of water quality. Those pollutants, low concentrations of which can cause great damage to people's health, are of particular concern. Getting into the environment through wastewater systems man-made and natural hormones - estrogen, ethinylestradiol and estradiolothers, et. al. demonstrated their ability to destruct the endocrine system of living organisms. This paper presents the results of literature analysis of methods for determination endocrine disruptors in water samples. These results will allow us development more cost-effective and selective method for monitoring endocrine disruptors in water samples. The most popular methods of determination endocrine disruptors are chromatographic analysis. We will plan to determine endocrine disruptors in water by solid-phase microextraction coupled gas-chromatography with mass spectrometry. The SPME more cost-effective, sensitive and selective method of extraction needed analytes from water sample.
