摘要
In order to discuss the reform of land development and consolidation course based on the tripartite perspective of enterprises, teachers and students, we conducted research in different situations. The research was directed against the offering status of land development and consolidation course in Hebei Agricultural University, as well as the students' understanding of the course. What's more, it also included the role of teachers in the cultivation of students' ability and the requirements of enterprises. As a result, we designed three different questionnaires to investigate the matching attribute of the course between ability cultivation and the requirements of enterprises. According to the results of the questionnaires, we found that the students had relatively high interests and recognition in the course. Besides, all of the teachers recognized the practicality of the course. Meanwhile, the student demands in enterprises were still dominated by undergraduates. When it comes to the importance identity of students' ability, teachers and enterprises shared a certain degree of matching attribute in the aspect of professional competence, but with differences in non-professional aspect. When comparing the importance recognition between students and teachers, some differences did exist to some degree. As a result, it is suggested that teachers could set about cultivating the students' abilities in all-round, showing the role of the course in the aspect of theoretical structure and skill development.
