The Proposal the Methodology of the Supply Chain Management in Transport and Logistic Company

Transport is the most important subsystem of every logistics chain therefore requires special attention of every logistics company. The paper is focused on establishing the methodology the concept of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and its practical application to the particular logistics company. The proposed methodology deals with the issue of supply chain management, identifying the most serious weaknesses and the effect of reducing the effectiveness, respectively the company performance and evaluation of the quality of logistics services to the different methods and techniques for its measurement. The object of the methodology is in three areas of quality assessment: supplier evaluation; customer satisfaction analysis and evaluation of the competition in terms of manager and client. For compilation SCM methodology are used specific methods and techniques: multi-criteria analysis, Saaty method, Sperling method, benchmarking, assessment model Avedisa-Donabedian and model-Christian Gronroos.
