摘要
A new coumarin-appended calix[4]arene (C4C2) was synthesized and a self-assembled monolayers modified silicon surface (C4C2-SAMs) was constructed via click chemistry. The water contact angle measurements show that these C4C2-SAMs exhibited highly selective macroscopic response towards phoxim with a detection limit of 1 x 10(-6) M. UV-vis and fluorescence titration further confirmed the high recognition selectivity of the C4C2-SAMs towards phoxim. The C4C2-SAMs are capable of detecting phoxim in real river water samples through visual water contact angle change, suggesting that the C4C2-SAMs can be used as a convenient and effective sensor for phoxim.
