Upper extremity hemiparesis: presenting sign of endometrial cancer

摘要：
The majority of endometrial cancer cases are detected and treated in early stage. However, in rare cases endometrial cancer may be diagnosed at an advanced stage with symptoms of metastatic cancer. We herein report a case of endometrial cancer presenting with hemiparesis of the right upper extremity. Neurological symptoms in some patients may be a result of systemic disease, as in our case endometrial cancer and cancer-associated thrombosis.
