摘要：

Based on the date obtained from the 34 small and medium enterprises, we structure enterprise's credit rating index system and provide the method which describes enterprise's credit rating by using of factor analysis. In this paper we analyze financial data of 34 small and medium enterprises by SPSS11.5 software. Many financial indexes are made into a few factors which mostly affect enterprise credit, thereby credit rating process is more scientific, standardized and systematic.
