摘要
Constructing the nanometer heterojunction can enhance the surface reaction kinetics and promote the transmission of charge because of internal micro-electric fields of heterogeneous interfaces. Herein, SbxOy/SnO2 nano-heterostructures anchored on the surface of reduced graphene oxide (SbxOy/SnO2/rGO) were prepared by a simple one-step solvothermal method. The SbxOy/SnO2/rGO used as anode for lithium ion batteries possesses remarkable rate performance, high discharge, and charge specific capacities of 518.6 and 515.3 mA h g(-1) after 1000 cycles at 4000 mA g(-1), respectively, as well as excellent cycle stability (the capacity loss rate per cycle is only 0.00379%). The excellent electrochemical properties of the SbxOy/SnO2/rGO material can be attributed to the successful builds of nano-heterostructures.
