摘要
The high-speed information highways provide instant Internet access; however, the human mind follows the slower and contemplative path. Mind can contour the evolutionary path spanning many millennia and it can reflect on a very wide variety of knowledge issues. On the one hand, we have an explosion of data from an information age coercing the mind to comprehend vast amounts of data and on the other hand we the creative and critical mind that needs long stretches of contemplations to weigh and consider the truth and beauty embedded in data streams that traverse at the velocity of light. In order to shelter the mind from trivia and irrelevance of the modernistic society, we propose that the data be processed initially by high-speed computer banks that filter out the irrelevant data from the wisdom bearing information necessary for human beings to weigh and consider the validity, truth and perhaps a sense of wisdom in the global networks, Internet traffic and optical highways. These machines are programmed to become highly sensitive to keywords, information structures, objects and their attributes, and even patterns of data flowing through the networks.
