摘要：
This review examines the available options for the treatment of polymorphic light eruption (PLE). Many patients do not present to dermatologists, but for those who do, usually with moderate to severe disease, appropriate treatment allows most of them to lead normal or near-normal lives during the slimmer months or on vacation in sunny climates.
