摘要
Steel fibers improve concrete and shotcrete characteristics, such as ductility and crack resistance. The required level of performance depends on many parameters such as type of application, loading conditions, underground or rock quality.... There are a number of testing methods available to determine SFRS properties, giving often different values for a same property. Hence it is necessary to specify the required SFRS performance using the proper values related to the chosen testing methods: This paper includes recommendations on how to specify SFRS.
