Standard "Internet Assisted Learning and Teaching" (IALT) projects do not allow online interaction with observed real objects. This paper presents a significant enhancement to the standard IALT project, which consists of interactive measure and control of dynamic systems. The responses and system responses are visualized. This function improves students' practical experience from measurements and students acquire deeper knowledge to studied matters. There are three basic problems to solve, local control of real models, data transfer and visualization on remote computer.
