摘要
Over the last years Just-In-Sequence (JIS), i.e. a supplement to Just-In-Time by providing supplied parts in the right sequence, has become increasingly important. Even though a stable sequence is crucial to the implementation of a JIS process it can happen that a scheduled workpiece needs to be removed from the sequence, e.g. because of missing parts. Since a so-altered sequence might have a worse performance at the assembly line in terms of utility work resequencing can be taken into consideration. In this paper a JIS scenario is introduced and the options for possible resequencing changes are discussed.
