摘要
Human resource competitiveness is the ability of an individual / group of individuals to meet the quality standards of the labour market with low cost to the employer. To be competitive the human resource must fulfil two conditions: to be productive and to be efficient in terms of costs. Much was written about the competitiveness in relation to countries and businesses, but in terms of the human resources, the literature is limited, that is why the purpose of this paper is to present a complex framework for human resources competitiveness. The paper presents the authors' point of view materialized as a graphical model.
