摘要:
This short communication reports some computational results based on the newly developed model for solubility correlation of solutes dissolved in the mono-solvents at various temperatures. It has been tested on a number of drugs and in this communication, the model is applied for a salt form of a drug in the mono-solvents. The computations provided a trained model for the solubility of a salt form of the drug using Abraham, Hansen and Catalan parameters. The accuracy of the model was investigated by computing the average relative deviation and was compared with that of KAT-LSER model at 298.15 K. The accuracy of the model was also compared with those of models representing temperature effects on the solubility. (c) 2022 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
