摘要
This paper presents an optimal collaborative scheduling method to relieve line overloads during the process of emergency faults. First, the theoretical analysis of power flow control via the voltage source converter based high voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC) system, generator output or load curtailment is investigated. Then, a collaborative scheduling framework is designed based on these two measures, with the comprehensive considerations of total emergency control cost for different steps. Finally, the proposed framework is assessed from the perspectives of performance and economy using a modified New England power system, and the results are compared with two methods. Numerical test results show that the proposed method is capable of eliminating line overloads in an economic way.
