摘要
This study develops a method to determine future needs and competencies required for the design of future professional careers aligned with the demands of the country, institutions, and businesses. The article is based on a study of primary and secondary sources: current state of supply, working companies, dynamics with parents, student surveys nationwide. Finally, findings are made regarding future demand careers: national needs, labor demand for skills, educational supply, educational needs. It concludes with a study plan of future needs.
