In this paper, the international factor mobility model of labor force and the distribution of profits due to the factor mobility under economic globalization have been proposed. The sustainable problem of the mobility of labors, especially the well professional labors from the developing countries to the developed ones, has been discussed further. In Conclusion, the trend of labor's unidirectional mobility will increase the national gains and incomes in developed countries, and the price difference of labors with high quality may exist for a long time, which may create vicious circle over nations.
