摘要
As we know, organizational justice is an important predicting index for the effective functioning of organizations. There are many organizational variables affected by organizational justice, such as organizational retaliatory behaviors (ORBs). In this study, we performed a test for the moderating role of Way of Life personality in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational retaliatory behavior. It was found that Way of Life strengthened the negative relationships between distributive justice and ORBO.
