摘要
This paper proposes a dual active bridge (DAB) converter based on Si/SiC hybrid devices five-level active-neutral-point-clamped (5L-ANPC) full-bridge circuit. Two inner switches adopt SiC devices. The deadtime effect is eliminated by a zero state with multiple current paths. Meanwhile, the soft-switching operation of high voltage switches can be realized by reasonably switching between zero switching states. Using switching states with multiple current paths, the conduction losses are reduced. On this basis, all the hard-switching operations are concentrated on SiC devices under a proposed modulation method. By utilizing the advantages of low loss and high switching frequency of SiC devices, the performance and efficiency of DAB converter are significantly improved. Experimental results on a 1 kW experimental prototype show that the proposed 5L-ANPC full-bridge DAB converter achieves good performance.
