The advent of knowledge economics century has lead to knowledge management full of vitality. But many knowledge management writings or activities emphasize KM software implementation: That focus on building a knowledge warehouse and IT functions. Few papers discussed the KM framework from knowledge flow This paper establishes the. KM framework for MXIC-OTRB/IE from the, general KM flow and provides a effective knowledge architecture and management mechanism to improve knowledge flow.
