摘要
In this article, the book S. (2013), by J. J. Abrams and Doug Dorst, is analyzed under two perspectives. In our digital era, that literary work maintains the concern with the interartistic relation and with the multiplicity, but privileging the printed media. Based on this feature, the plurality of S. includes the literary and the extraliterary, that, respectively, can be associated to some concepts: metalanguage and paratext; intertextuality, interarts and intermidiality. Thus, starting from the authors' postulates as Gerard Genette, Italo Calvino, Wolfgang Iser, among other, this study discusses the literary creation and reading processes, as well as the intersection of the literature with different arts and media in S.
