摘要
Constant-strain-rate tensile tests have been conducted on fine-grained magnesium alloys processed by powder metallurgy (P/M) route. The P/M Mg alloys showed superplastic behavior in the high strain rate range of 10(-2) similar to 10(-1) s(-1). This is because of a very small grain size of about 1 mu m. DSC results showed that the origin of high strain rate superplasticity in the P/M Mg alloys is not associated with the presence of a liquid phase.
