摘要:
The linearity of compression spring is the important rule of deciding the quality, including the concentricity and squarenes. One vision system has been designed aiming to inspect and analyze these features on-line. The vision system is composed of the CCD sensor, rotating table and air cylinder The image captured by CCD is processed using the contour detection and jump-point searching algorithms. The air cylinder is used to pressure the spring to the different statues. The rotating table and position sensor control the rotation of spring to realize the 360 measurement automatically. The structure design, calibration theory and data process were introduced in details. The experimental results proved that the proposed system has higher precision and stability, and is competent for the on-line rapid measuring.
