摘要
In recent years, with the economic transition and transformation of economic structure, private enterprises have become an important part of market economy in China. However, these enterprises are far from attaining the requirements of modern enterprise system which is the main contributory factor to the implementation of effective enterprise governance. The lack of mature enterprise governance culture is the main cause. Therefore, this article firstly explores the conception of enterprise governance culture in private enterprise, then it analyses the character of private enterprises' governance culture in China and its impact on governance structure, finally this article comes up with a kind of improved governance culture which is in line with requirements of the modern enterprise system and matches with productive governance structure.
