摘要
We report a case of anti-transcriptional intermediary factor 1 gamma (TIF1 gamma) antibody-positive dermatomyositis following durvalumab treatment. The patient was successfully treated with pulse steroid therapy, high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg), and tacrolimus. Durvalumab may induce dermatomyositis, and early diagnosis and aggressive therapy are crucial to prevent severe dermatomyositis, which is potentially treatable.
