A Green Concept on Uranium Resources Recyling

Based on the fact of china, this paper points out the conflict between the development of nuclear energy and the nuclear resource. From the view of recycling economy, taking a few familiar 'recycling diseconomy' phenomena, for example, severe pollution situation and the poor technology and productivity, into consideration, the author make a few suggestions about surveying work, technological innovation and environment protection.
