摘要：

With the development of E-commerce and the coming of information age, Chinese manufacturing industry has been faced with vast opportunities and challenges. How to realize comprehensive information is enterprises' pursuit. The primary task is to establish reasonable and efficient management information system. Through the analysis of the principle and architecture of PDM and the roles of E-commerce in the development, the paper offers E-commerce system structure and work flow based on PDM, which is helpful to resolve the corresponding problems appearing in E-commerce system integration.
