摘要
High-temperature superconducting YBa2Cu3O7-delta melt-textured samples have been irradiated with 250 MeV Ag+17 ion irradiation to create columnar defects at an angle +/-45 degrees from c-axis. Subsequently, angle-dependent magnetoresistance measurements have been carried out at different angles, viz. theta = 0, +/-15 degrees, 30 degrees and +/-45 degrees, respectively. The Bose-glass theory is examined by the application of critical scaling laws. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
