摘要
Wire EDM (WEDM) is a special method of electrical discharge machining. Maraging steel had very-low carbon steel which consists of more material toughness and strength. In present work a Taguchi optimization method proposed for WEDM of maraging steel 350 and the machining output responses are Material Removal Rate (MRR) and Surface roughness (Ra). Machining process is planned by Taguchi's robust design. The analysis is performed for the results obtained by using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The optimum conditions for this work are performed through Taguchi analysis. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
