摘要:
The definition And functions of project management office (PMO), Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM) are introduced through analysis of problems in the project management and its main cause. A PMO function-improving model is brought forward in the basis of project management maturity model (PMMM) to enhance the ability of process in the project enterprise. The tole of PMO in the corporation is expatiated through corporation organizational structure system, summarizing the functions of PMO. What's more, there is some advice about the application of PMMM in practice.
