摘要
This article deals with the design of coplanar waveguide band-pass filters in W-band implemented on silicon membrane technology. Several topologies of filters are developed at 94 GHz: broadband filters with stubs, narrow band filters with coupled-lines, and a pseudo-elliptical ring. Different concepts are validated by electromagnetic simulations HFSS and by everinzental results. (C) 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
