摘要
Labor training is the pre-employment training for surplus labor that has transferred from rural areas. The system involves city, county, township and training institution users. Therefore, during the system development, it is important to build models that users and developers can understand. A user-centered design based on UML (Unified Modeling Language) has been known to be one of the best solutions to satisfy usability since the design process relies heavily on the analysis of users and their tasks to reach their goals. So a model-driven approach to system design via UML for labor training is needed to make them usable in the real world. Due to the richness and perfection of UML2.0, using the whole description mechanism of UML2.0 is unnecessary and impossible in design. This paper researches the function models, static models and dynamic models from three different angles to describe completely and distinctly the system by using the part mechanism of UML2.0. The model-driven approach based on UML for labor training is valuable for other similar system design.
