There are many methods in resolving the multiple attribute decision-making problems, but their calculating quantity is big, so that it has affected decision-making efficiency. For the sake of making up the above-mentioned defects, the interval numbers of synthesis evaluation value are divided into comparison interval numbers and uncomparision interval numbers, the comparison interval numbers are ordered by making use of interval upper bound, and the uncomparision interval numbers are ordered by making use of mean value comparison and interval upper bound this method is easy to do more simplify than that of lattice order decision-making and so on, which decision-making efficiency can be verified higher, at last it is tested by a method comparison calculating example.
