摘要
A series of HY zeolites with different particle sizes were prepared using a hydrothermal route by varying the aging time of directing agent. The HY samples were used for methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether (DME) and also used as a dehydration component in a hybrid Cu-Mn-Zn/HY catalyst for CO direct hydrogenation to DME. The 820 nm sized HY zeolite exhibited the highest methanol dehydration activity. In the direct DME synthesis from syngas, the hybrid Cu-Zn-Mn/HY(820 nm) catalyst also had higher activity and stability at 4 800 h(-1), 2.1 MPa, and 253 degrees C.
