摘要
The present study addresses a little explored issue in the area of Administration. Talking about sexual orientation corresponds to a break in taboos and a greater understanding of this topic. Thus, the objective of this research is to conduct a survey on publications on the topic of sexual orientation in organizations from 2000 to 2018 in an international context. Through a descriptive and exploratory bibliometric survey, the search was carried out in the scientific database Web of Science, totaling 198 articles, and, after the refinement filters, only 49 articles made up the universe of analysis. Based on the results found and the reflections raised, it is expected that managers, academies and workers will be able to understand in more depth the subject in question. In addition, bibliometric research presents a good methodology on how to explore a new topic and identify research gaps.
