摘要
The concept of free volume can be modified for describing the temperature dependence of self-diffusion in crystalline metals. The van Limpt-Bugakov relationship between the self-diffusion activation energy and the melting temperature has been substantiated, and the universality of self-diffusion in crystalline, amorphous and liquid states has been illustrated.
