摘要
in view of the requirements of satellite structure lightweight design, a thruster bracket is chosen as the research object. A topology optimization model of bracket is established, and the fundamental frequency is the constraint condition, the design scheme of minimum quality is obtained. A bracket model of rod structure is established through 3D print method. Some mechanical performances such as fundamental frequency, intensity and drawing force are analyzed in detail through multiple iterations, so as to realize the trussed bracket design of lightweight high-performance.
