摘要：

The concept of sustainable development requires human to adjust their life style for their goal of a persistent develop, meanwhile, to ascertain a consumption standard under the affordable scope of ecosystem. With the forming of the Aging society and further developing, Universal design, in the process of spark plugging and popularizing "Public Goods", replanning the consumption of social resource, conforming the requirement of Sustainable development with the concept of "make the best use of everything", and achieving the goal of environmental resources using effectively from the root.
